T-55AM2 and T-72M4 3.0

The following models have been updated to the CSLA 3.0 standards (6 death animations + 5 fatality animations) and got 'rolling wheels':

- T-55AM2: 11 animations and now it carries infantry (known as "peoples").
- T-72M4: 11 animations and now it carries infantry (known as "peoples").
